	INTRODUCTION
	The Library of the Centre for Air Power Studies was established in April 2002. It now houses about 2,000 books on a range of subjects such as Nature of War Inter-state Relations, Nuclear Strategy, Air Force, Navy, Army, Defence, Foreign Policy, International Relations, History etc. The Library subscribes to 30 national and international journals. The Library is a member of DELNET – Developing Library Network and hence provides access to more than one million books available in machine readable form.
	LIBRARY RULES
	Use of library is open to researchers as CAPS & other service officers.
	LIBRARY TIMINGS
	Week days : 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
	The library shall remain closed on Saturday, Sunday & other government holidays.
